He was able to help me find the best zero closing cash out refinance available to me at the time so that I could cover some bills, reduce my debt, and still have some funds remaining to handle some much needed renovations. I first connected with him months ago when he reached out about the possibility of a refinance, and I told him at present I wasn't interested, but that I would save his contact info. Am I ever glad I did! We were able to get from our first conversation April 18 to final closing scheduled by May 12! And that with an FHA loan and all of its additional requirements! He even worked with me when I requested that we shuffle some of the pay off balances to work more in my favor for cash out versus pay down, while still keeping my DTI in range.
