Was very pleasant and courteous to my husband and I. He helped us all the way through the process of the loan, he answered all of our questions and if he didn’t have the answer he got it. We’ve used Rocket Mortgage for four deals now, but unfortunately, their standards seem to have declined. Adam, who is supposedly well-versed in the mortgage industry, showed a concerning lack of understanding when it came to business tax returns—especially interpreting depreciation, liabilities, and other key aspects of self-employed income.
