Steven was great getting our information but after that when we had questions he had a very testy attitude to the point my husband had to say something. Information throughout the system never matched. APR changed even after signed documents, trying to get the credit for appraisal as promised oh yea we got it but he raised the APR to get it back. He reminds me of a used car sales man. He reminds me of a used car sales man. We said we were both military retired he said thanks for your service but never offered the military discount program. Sorry I have had 7 homes never had the aggressive behavior as we had with him. He is not polite except gaining the loan after that good luck with his tone!
