Jettsen was the complete opposite. He was always easy to contact, consistently responsive, and genuinely cared about my client’s experience.

He even caught an important issue over a weekend and proactively reached out, giving us the time we needed to correct it and still close on schedule. That level of attention and commitment is rare.
