Corey was wonderul from the beginning. He was not even assigned to us in the beginning, but filling in for a coworker when he found and resolved an issue with our profile BEFORE it became an issue. Later, he was assigned to us. We found the perfect home, and Corey made sure we got into it. He was always available for our endless (and sometimes silly) questions and took every single one seriously. ...Corey was wonderul from the beginning. I connected with Skylar first in 2024 after I got suckered into a higher interest rate by another broker. He gave me a call within minutes we were able to get something started. I was able to refinance down a point which certainly helped my monthly payments. Now in 2025 I just had him help me with another 1/2 point reduction. I've had nothing but a great experience with Skylar and team and will look to re-finance down again if rates keep coming down sometime in 2026 (fingers crossed).
