The only negative I have about Aaron is the timeframe he gave for when we could close on the loan was way off otherwise he was great. It took a long time to close which make our finance state much worse that it would have been had the original time frame been met. The hold up was they needed an additional clause added to the HOA Master Insurance Policy.
