Phillip was amazing to work with! I thought we had a difficult mortgage situation because we were purchasing a family home from a relative’s estate. It was no problem for him though- maybe ten minutes to apply over the phone and we were on the way! Phillip made everything go so smoothly it was ridiculous. It was nothing like the nightmare stories you always hear about when buying a home. Any issue...Phillip was amazing to work with!
