100% recommend working with James. Very quick to respond, never pressuring, and a very "can-do" attitude. I will definitely work with him again in the future.

Tim walked me through my first home buying experience, and let me tell you... Tim was the absolute GOAT of this whole deal. He patiently answered all of my questions and explained the moving parts to me and kept me up to date during the whole process. I felt like I was in good hands with Tim and feel so lucky that he was a part of my team. I would recommend Tim to anybody out there. Cheers!
