I HIGHLY recommend Rocket Mortgage, and Xavier was the crucial piece of the puzzle as he helped us analyze the different options to make the best refinance option for our family. Xavier was very patient and I never felt pushed to make a decision--I felt like Xavier cared about my family and wanted to help us be in a better situation.

I couldn’t have asked for an easier experience as a first time home buyer, Zach was incredibly helpful and always responded very quickly. Will be recommending to anyone looking to purchase a home in the near future, thank you Zach!

I’ll start by saying this is my first home I’ve ever bought. I spoke to Mark from day one until the end. I was working with 3 other company’s and mark really out worked all of them. Honestly I don’t have faith in Rocket because they are so big. Man was I mistaken. The attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond, late night, weekends you name it! The attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond, late night, weekends you name it! Mark the work you did for me and dealing with how eccentric I can be at times. I can’t thank you enough. You did more then what most wood. You don’t sell me a line of BS. You went out of your way time and time again. I hope management know and other customer know that you’ll put in the work to ensure all my needs, question, and expectations were met!! Thank you times a million MarkRead MoreRead Less

Working with Cassandra at Rocket Mortgage was an absolute dream. She closed my client’s loan in just 11 days, which is almost unheard of in this market. Her communication was constant, clear, and proactive from start to finish. She anticipated issues before they happened, kept everyone updated, and made the entire process feel effortless.

As a Realtor, having a lender you can rely on at this level is priceless. Cassandra went above and beyond, and I’ll absolutely be sending more clients her way. If you want a smooth, fast, and stress-free loan process, she’s the one.
