Jeff was such a great help. This is my first home and first refinance, he made a bad situation good and went out of his way to help me. I would recommend him to all my family and friends. Thank you Jeff!

It was a simple and easy process. This is my 3rd time doing a loan with Rocket and each time has been just as easy. I would recommend Rocket Mortgage.

The communication on and of without updates caused me to have to close twice, had to provide him the facts about VA loans and how I didn’t have to escrow. After he told me I had to. Over 2 months when it was said and done. Got it fixed but I had to initiate contact almost every time.
