Very disappointed. We were told it would take 2 weeks but it got drug out to 5 weeks. Our first closing failed video dropped and notary working from home had a child screaming. Completed closing then were informed we won’t receive disbursement until next week. Unacceptable

It was hard to get ahold of Bianca and she wasn't thorough on our closing so last minute we had to get documents. We continuously had to add more documents every day. It was easier in the past to close.
