Most frustrating experience. Waiting for weeks for direction as what are next steps and there was always one excuse after another. "I'm calling you but it doesn't go through", "I left early cause it's my bday, we'll connect tomorrow (no call)", "sorry, it's been a crazy few weeks and I'm at a friends wedding for the weekend, but we'll connect on Monday"...
