At first Paula is helpful, but once I locked in the rate then everything is changed. None of the closing document shown the original agreed term or amount. When asked, then bunch of BS. Finally I reach out to her manager and insisted to have a right amount then he gave that to me. I bought 4-5 houses and have re-finance before and never ever see this kind of unorganized or disaster before.
