Working with Rocket Mortgage was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Their team was prompt, communicative, and made the entire process simple and stress-free. Our Mortgage Banker, Logan Swales, was both professional and personable, offering excellent advice and support every step of the way. We couldn’t recommend Logan Swales and Rocket Mortgage more highly.

If I could give Denise more than five stars, I would. She turned what could have been an overwhelming and stressful process into something I felt supported in every step of the way. Her energy matched my excitement for the home, and she genuinely championed my best interests. When challenges came up, she didn’t hesitate. She was responsive, proactive, and absolutely on top of every detail.

There is no question that Denise is the reason this sale closed on time. Her dedication and advocacy made all the difference. She is the reason I will return to Rocket Mortgage and recommend them to others. Denise is exceptional.Read MoreRead Less

Responsive, patient and knowledgeable. Did not get phased by tough questions and my pushback, and worked out a better rate when the Fed dropped their number midway through the closing process.
Thank you and highly recommended!

Joseph reached out to me throughout the entire process and made sure I understood everything clearly. He answered every question I had and was always patient and helpful. I can honestly say he’s one of the best professionals I’ve ever worked with. This was my first time going through a mortgage, and he made it a smooth and stress-free experience. Thank you, Joseph, for all your help!
