Russel was pleasant and knowledgeable when the loan was initiated. There were multiple times when I had questions and he was not available via phone or text. That meant that I had to communicate and explain to someone who was not familiar with my situation. If I recall correctly, I did not talk with Russel anymore after the initial couple of calls. But, he seemed to be pleasant.
