he was great on first phone call but did not hear much after that. not near as good of communication compared to last time we went through this with rocket a while back. Costed us more fees due to this and more interest on mortgage and credit cards. Rockets mistake costed us more $$$$$

Elijah was hard to get ahold of. Our real estate agent felt the same. He eventually would answer our calls and emails, but it took several times to voice our need before he made the changes. I’m not sure if he’s forgetful or slacking off. We were worried our questions wouldn’t get answered in time for our offers.
