Working with Velte on our loan was a pleasure. It took a few months for my family to make a decision on equity and Velte was patient with us staying in touch and answering all our questions as we finalized our decision. Once our decision was made he guided us through the closing process which was quick and easy. Would definitely work with him again on future loans.

Did not seem to understand the urgency in my loan. He left the office for three days with no communication to me while we were in the middle of trying to close alone. He also told me the wrong closing dates numerous times and the wrong dates for when I would receive my money.
