I can't say enough good about the Rocket team. Tyler Hickey provided better response than I've ever experienced in the past. With the exception of two occasions, he answered his phone every time I called. When I when I left a message, he always got back to me the same day, ever after 5:00 PM if it was important. We probably made seven to 10 changes. He never got upset with any of them and always ...I can't say enough good about the Rocket team. It's hard to think of other things to say about Jerry that haven't already been stated. He was polite, professional, and easy to talk with. He was very knowledgeable about our Home Equity Loan process. He always responded to questions quickly.

TBH, before contacting Jerry, I was dreading this process. But he helped make it easy and was a great help in lowering my stress. I was connected with Andrew via Rocket’s chatbot. He was able to get me through the preapproval process while I was at work (had him on speaker while working on customer’s cars), and was both patient and understanding the whole time. He even followed up with me after hours to see it through after I’d told him I’d be working late. Fast forward several months and Andrew didn’t alter his approach; he...I was connected with Andrew via Rocket’s chatbot. He was able to get me through the preapproval process while I was at work (had him on speaker while working on customer’s cars), and was both patient and understanding the whole time. He even followed up with me after hours to see it through after I’d told him I’d be working late. Fast forward several months and Andrew didn’t alter his approach; he was thorough, honest and dedicated to helping me through this process and as a result we recently closed on our first home.

We had to jump through many hurdles during the process including price increases, paperwork errors, a half dozen delays to closing, all things out of his control yet he was always willing to answer my questions and get back to me whenever he was able. Many others in the process fell short, but Andrew was phenomenal from the beginning. 10/10, 5/5, whatever metric is used, give that guy a raise.Read MoreRead Less
