I did a refinance with Rocket Mortgage (RM) and had a great experience from start to finish. I was not sure about doing this through an online mortgage lender, but Hannah guided me through the whole process and explained everything in detail. She also followed up on any questions I had, and I never felt overwhelmed at any time. In my opinion, the approval and the overall time of the whole thing ...I did a refinance with Rocket Mortgage (RM) and had a great experience from start to finish. She also followed up on any questions I had, and I never felt overwhelmed at any time. In my opinion, the approval and the overall time of the whole thing was reasonable. I did get several messages from RM regarding some offers; however, I ended up staying with Hannah because I felt she focused on building rapport and understanding my needs instead of closing the deal.
