Rocket mortgage cost up hundreds of dollars bringing us home to do this all in person when the process could have all been done online. And then, what's more is that they even transferred the funds to the wrong account even though we stipulated on the loan documents, where the funds were to land, costing us even more time to have the funds land in the right account. Not a good experience, sorry!
