I really enjoyed working with James. Professional, friendly and patient. I started a loan and then had to put it on pause for several months to finish up some personal issues. When I restarted, I went back to James and he helped me bring the loan across the finish line. Very understanding and made what can be a complicated subject with lots of logistics, very easy. I knew that Tom was relating to me as a person when he talked about his family and their faith. My opinion about online services in general because of the experience with RM through Tom has shifted. I thought that OL services were probably really impersonal and vacuous before this experience. Tom handled everything...and so very quickly! Yet, when I had questions, he was available in real-time through email and calls. I'm sure that RM was the right company to handle my re-fi because Tom was gracious, knowledgeable and quick to answer my questions and to lead me through the process as well as "next steps"!
