Kathy was amazing through the whole process. From the start she made the best deal I was shopping for at the time. Made it even better right up to signing the papers to make sure we stayed with Rocket. Through the approval process up till closing Kathy was available to take my calls or answer any question I might have.

Like many, when researching banks to use for my mortgage there are bad experiences that show up and make you wary. Kathy shut down all those testimonies without even knowing.
