When I first met James Weaver of Rocket Mortgage in search of a housing loan provider, I was pessimistic about the successful outcome of my pursuit. I was cash-strapped, and making initial down payment is characteristic of the home financing market.
I felt that if, by any divine intervention, I stumble upon luck, the rollout would certainly be tortious and frustrating.

But I was wrong. James proved himself to be a professional of depth and latitude, an all-weathered pilot ready to sail through any turbulence. His tolerance level was put to test when I rescinded my commitment to settle for a certain property following a devastating inspection report on said property. All that happened on the heels of a celebration, believing we had concluded a journey fraught with many challenges: the endless, and sometimes annoying paperwork, the back-to-back phone calls, etc.
Through all of this, James remained engaged, persistent and unrelenting in his desire to help the needy.
In a fleeting moment, James Weaver, a professional of enviable contents and charisma, secured a deal that today put a durable roof over the heads of me and my family.
