Roni was excellent. He always reassured us and even when we hit bumps on the road, he went above and beyond to ease us through this process. I would definitely recommend Roni and the RM Team. They were truly outstanding and provided amazing customer service.

Mitch was awesome to work with. As a first-time homebuyer, he was very helpful and responsive and willing to explain anything I asked for or able to refer me to someone else that could help immediately.

Deidre did an awesome job walking me through the whole process and answering all my questions. Kept me well informed throughout the whole experience and made my first time home buying a breeze!

He is knowledgeable and always in good spirits. Quick to return phone calls and helpful when needed. His only downside is he’s lives in Michigan and roots for the team up north 😂 GO BUCKS!!

My experience with Rocket Mortgage through Michael was exceptional. His professionalism coupled with his knowledge of Rocket Mortgage’s requirements made the loan process seamless. His communications are also exceptional both written and verbal and exhibit his depth of knowledge. Michael’s demeanor made navigating through this process a pleasure.

Azrael was on her game from the very beginning. Her and I did a deal together with myself as the buyers agent. She was very responsive, very personable and handled the sticky situations within the deal very well. I would recommend her to anyone!

We started with a refinance and then ended up with a home purchase. Erick was very patient with us and moved our information from the refinance to the home purchase without any trouble. He offered several suggestions and was very easy and pleasant. I would use him again.
