He is an amazing agent with a great sense of humor especially when I thought he was a female. He is very attentive and replies back promptly. He is great at his job and is willing to do everything possible to get you in the right home. I cannot recommend Cass enough. We had started our refinance journey with three of the major lenders. All promising the best rates and the quickest close. After one of them running a hard check when they had promised us it would only be a soft inquiry, I was really starting to get frustrated. Two months go by and we’re still dealing with paperwork and appraisal and red tape. Out of the blue, I ...I cannot recommend Cass enough.
