Jeffrey was wonderful to work with. He answered all of my questions and concerns. He explained different scenarios that we could go with and if I didn't understand the 'jargon', he was very courteous. Up to the closing day, Justin was doing an excellent job. Alas, then everything went down hill. My application was started on March 18 -- that was day my credit report was checked. Closing was on March25 (a Tuesday) and on MONDAY, MARCH 24, Justin should have CHECKED THE CREDIT REPORT THAT DAY! Then it would have been seen NO PAYMENTS WERE DUE TO MY CREDITORS. The instructions on how to do that WERE WEIRD. One of the so-called creditors (Wells Fargo) sent two payments to Chase (I complained & Wells Fargo issued a stop payment (claiming I REQUESTED IT) and W-F issued the STOP PAYMENT to US BANK!!! I spent two hours on April 1 trying to settle this STUPID ACTION. Instructions said ALL CHECKS HAD TO BE MAILED -- NO PERSONAL DELIVERY!! Well, US Bank & Wells Fargo are less than a mile away. Now, all of this hassle could have been avoided had the loan officer, Justin Roberts, had simply checked the Credit Report THE DAY BEFORE CLOSING. Then everything would have gone smoothly.
