My financial and personal situations are unique and sometimes difficult to navigate. The number of documents I had to sent him was large. I have multiple income streams, some of them are hard to verify, I haven’t held traditional job in two decades, and my credit rating could be a lot better. But Phil waded through all of my docs, he coordinate with underwriting, called and emailed me for input and clarifications. He looked through different loan options u til he found the one that was right for us. He listened to our feedback with grace and humility.
