My husband and I moved to ILLINOIS from Florida for a better work opportunity for my husband. We went threw two lenders and four realtors. And we’re not getting any where. Sam became our lender and he was very kind thoughtful and took his time with us. He explained everything and made sure he was there when ever we needed him. Sam worked smoothly with our Relator opal. Early on in the process I spoke with several Rocket Mortgage team members. I began to wonder if the right hand knew want the left was doing. Some were more helpful and knowledgeable than others. Every day was an adventure obtaining a consistent answer to my questions. Ultimately I learned that Charlene was my "Banker' for the loan process. She was very prompt and thorough in responding to my questions and erased my concerns as to whether Rocket Mortgage was experienced with handling 2nd Mortgages as opposed to first mortgages.
