Carly was Great.
I always ask the person to assume a +/- 720 credit score prior to running any check - including a "Soft Hit."
She didn't have any problem with that, and we went through the numbers.
I felt no pressure, she was knowledgeable - quick with response, and I was able to make an informed decision.

I cannot recall, but she must have ran the numbers around 6 times with different scenarios, and I felt no pressure during our conversation. You could tell that she just wanted to help.

Carly played a big part, and we ended up refinancing through Rocket. Our Final Closing was today - 28 days after my first talk with her.
