Alex was very helpful, and guided my way through the entire refinance process. He made it easy (other than the actual signing of the documents, and he has no choice there, it's required). He kept me up to date on where I was in the process, made sure I provided the correct documents at the correct time, and generally herded me smoothly through the process. Highly recommended!
