At first, Matthew was enthusiastic, but every time I provided a document per his request or in the dashboard, he asked for another. Concurrently, my wife was engaged with the banker who helped us with others loans. Our loan was approved, we submitted an offer on the house, done. I notified Matthew we didn’t need him or RocketMortgage and he became pushy and rude.
