You want Bridgett in your corner when you are buying a house. She is clearly an intelligent individual who thinks outside the box and cares about people. These characteristics combine to make her a force to be reckoned with when advocating on your behalf.
My husband and I came to Bridgett after losing our first loan and getting a two week extension. I was discouraged after working with a middleman, a mortgage broker, between myself and the first potential lender. We had almost no communication with the the lender when we worked with this broker, who returned about 1/4 calls and emails.
In contrast, Bridgett communicated with me almost daily. She was able to contact underwriters day and night and push things through much quicker than a 9-5 lender. If you didn't catch that, Rocket has multiple shifts of workers, including underwriters and loan officers, working on your loan long past 5pm, seven days a week.
Since we only had 2 weeks, Bridgett almost immediately ordered an expedited appraisal. Amazingly, was able to get clear to close in less than 2 weeks!
