I think that this was my 2nd mortgage with Rocket Mortgage and with Dyllon at the helm everything went rather smoothly with his help especially since I am not a techy guy. Dyllon, from start to end was patient, friendly and cheered me on encouraging me not to give up on creating an account with Rocket so that the loan process could begin.
