Victor knows his job very well. When I called him and explained the type of loan I needed, he told me within 30 seconds what I needed and the reason for it. Trust me, you don't want a review from me. Especially about my experience with Gordon. I would rather buy a mobile home for my next home purchase than to ever have to work with Gordon or Rocket Mortgage again. They say third time is a charm, but my experience was anything but a charm. I would have abandoned the relationship and gone to my credit union where I'd have saved thousands. However, I'm loyal to a fault and regret staying with Gordon. He's condescending, talks down to you as if you're a child, has no respect for the stress a buyer is under and he really doesn't care. He's AWFUL at explaining anything. Don't catch him on a busy day either, or you'll be tossed to the curb all to rely on a Portal thats as user friendly a gas pump. I would run as fast as you can from this place. If you decide to stay with them, find another mortgage broker to handle your loan. Don't let them fool you that being a "loyal customer" is saving you money. It is not in any way whatsoever. I could have had a brand new broker handle my loan better than Gordon. I could go on my rant, but I've wasted all the time I ever will with him or RM. After my loan closed, there was a discrepancy between what Gordon said my payment would be and what the title company said it would be. I called to get an explanation which only resulted in me hanging up on him because he's rude, has no empathy, and is a typical "car salesman". Trust me, you can do better.Read MoreRead Less
