When my company had a delay in correcting my employment status due to a medical leave, Chris stuck with us and consistently kept us updated on the status and how best to proceed. Once I was able to get everything corrected on my end, the process proceeded immediately and we close on Monday! Thank you Chris!

It feels lame to give only 5 stars to someone who should get so much more! I honestly don't know how this guy is so patient with as many times as I've had him explain the same thing over and over. He was just a pure joy to work with, he explained everything (numerous times, in some cases) with patience and clarity. He truly advocates for the home buyer, which, I believe, got my offer accepted. At closing, even both of the agents commented at how impressed they were with Rocket Mortgage. Thank you so much for everything, Collin!Read MoreRead Less

I want to say how wonderful it was to work with Samuel during the home refi and cash out. Every change we threw at him know matter what day of the week or seemed to be odd times he would get back with me ASAP. Definitely knows his job and how to answer questions and help for everybody. I don’t think I’ve ever had a salesperson over my life be as personable as Samuel. Ty for all your help. ...I want to say how wonderful it was to work with Samuel during the home refi and cash out.
