Demetrius was outstanding. We switched mortgage companies after a bad experience with someone else and we were on a tight deadline as a result. I was concerned we were going to miss our escrow date if we made the switch but he reassured me that we had enough time and I'm so glad we trusted him. Nothing about this process is fun or easy, but having someone who feels like they're genuinely on your side made it a lot less stressful.
