Rocket Mortgage regularly reviews customer financial needs. I had received 4 or 5 calls from several representatives that had left messages to call them for a review. I did not respond to the Voice Mail, but Did answer the one with Ebony on the other end. She was a pleasure to work with! Craig reviewed available mortgage programs with me thoroughly, then kept me informed about rates prior to my decision to lock. Because I was selling one home and buying another home, we walked through documentation needed to ensure that I could close on my purchase even if there was a delay in closing my sale. In the end, my sale closed before my purchase--though it was close!, Nonetheless, Craig ...Craig reviewed available mortgage programs with me thoroughly, then kept me informed about rates prior to my decision to lock. Rocket is a great company and the people are great also very helpfull and informative but for some reason they had a very old phone number ,, trying to reach me . I never gave that number to them ,I had it disconnected 12 years ago?
