Prince was polite and quick to get the ball rolling. I wish however, I had been warned that closing costs were going to going to be taken from my checking account. This action caused many overdraft fees to my account. I had set the closing costs aside and the money was not in this account.

My realtor assured me that if anyone could get it done, it would be Rich and he did. He even helped out when clearing the title seemed to be dragging.
