My only concern arose after the initial stages were completed. It became quite difficult to get in touch with Manny. I had requested a slight increase in the loan amount after the appraisal came back and was informed that it would not be an issue. Unfortunately, the adjustment was never made, and I was unable to get any clarification on questions unless I contacted Rocket Mortgage directly.

Overall, the process was smooth and fairly straightforward. Despite the communication challenges toward the end, I had a positive experience and would recommend Rocket Mortgage to others.Read MoreRead Less

I was working with multiple mortgage companies and put together an excellent refinancing package that the other companies could not match.
