Originally my boss recommended Rocket Mortgage, and spoke of how easy and available Rocket is to help you with your mortgage. Mollie called me I think for the first time at almost sunrise one morning to begin this process. She is what we call Hardcore! She is noticeably into to what she does, knowledgeable and helpful. Anthony was very helpful and professional throughout the process. However, his Rocket Mortgage support team and their process seemed disjointed. New requirements or requests for information were often added without notification, and the dashboard frequently stalled while waiting for action on their end.
