One of the greatest sales consultants I have ever worked with! This man worked his tail off to make sure my husband, my kids, and I got the home we wanted. He did such a fantastic job. He was so quick and efficient; his speed is truly unmatched. Omarien is pleasant, professional and caring.

From the very beginning John worked hard to find the best possible solution to our needs and was with us every step of the way. Kudos to Rocket Mortgage and John for making the process easy from beginning to our closing.

We started off our experience well and he was so responsive but as time progressed, errors started being made, communication was lacking, and when questioned, I received a series of unprofessional messages. In the end, he was able to come through for us to get us in our home but we are so disappointed by the journey despite the great outcome.

Dean was so professional and easy to work with. He never gave up on me and worked well. Thank you Dean.

Frank assisted my son and myself through the process of purchasing a first home for my son. He did a fantastic job with communication, was highly available when we needed help, and responded gracefully to some unfortunately rude conversation from a 3rd party during the deal. Frank is the best of the best, and I'd give him 10 stars if I could. Thanks Frank!

I am still in shock that I have a home! Omarien was the best!!!!!!! I called early mornings and late nights, he never had a problem with picking the phone up to answer my many questions. He is a rare soul. Many blessings to him as he continues to make dreams come true!

Marc was very professional and ethical, went far beyond his duties by offering extra information about options, and setting the closing date within four weeks was an amazing experience where we learned many details. Marc provided us with invaluable information, details, and options, and always looked out for our side of the business without losing his place as a banker.

He was on top of every step until we closed. Answered our texts and emails any day and at any time, including Saturdays, Sundays, and even late at night on weekends.
We are more than pleased with Marc and his team. We are so grateful that our son, Bryan, recommended us to Rocket Mortgage.
Thank you, Marc, for making our experience so easy, informative, and pleasant. Working with you and Rocket Mortgage was a blessing. Thank you again,
