I’m not too computer savvy, but he walked me through several steps like literally telling me look on the right side of the screen at the bottom there should be an arrow he had to help me doing a PDF. Can I call you in a minute or he would call me right away without him this Loan would not have been possible because no one else would have the patient to help me the way he did I let people bosses know when they’re not doing their job and when people are doing their job, I also let the boss know they’re doing a great job and I’m gonna be calling his boss to let them know he deserves a raise even when my loan was passed off to someone else or the next phase.
