I was very frustrated with the process and I doubt I will use this company again once I refinance. I dealt with too many people, there were repeated mistakes with no communication between company entities. Most of the paperwork I received was inaccurate again and again. I had to resubmit documents because of company timely issues. My closing had to be pushed back.
