I don't feel like I'm calling just any corporation resulting in immediate confusion or being transferred to several departments and no questions answered. I know I'm one client out of hundreds but Aaron easily puts each customer first. There's been slim to none wait time when reaching out with question or any type of communication. Jackson was fantastic to work with. As a first time home buyer the stress was inevitable but Jackson did a phenomenal job mitigating it.
He broke everything down very thoroughly to make sure I understood and was comfortable signing.

He even went out of his way while he was on vacation to answer a couple questions I had when he didn't need as he made sure to have someone cover his clients need be.
