Gino made it sound great in the beginning of this process. The numbers to close doubled in the end. The details of costs were not reviewed. A streamline was supposed to be simple. I was told rocket was hit or miss. This was a miss for me. You won’t find me here next time.

Ron was the best ! He was super responsive and worked to ensure I had the best rate. When there was a glitch in the original contract, he jumped back in to discuss options . It was resolved favorably, but Ron was at the ready

I’m sure I drove him nuts but we’re best friends now because he’s so great. He’s professional and courteous. Knowledgeable and he always finds answers. He’s there when you need him. I wouldn’t want to pair with another loan officer, truly the best.

Sometimes when you are dealing with a mortgage it can often feel like dealing with a "used" car sales rep. But not Perry, very professional, very understanding and very good at providing education. Any time I had a question during the process he was always responsive and timely with those response. I would recommend Rocket based on my interaction with Perry alone.
