The care, warmth and the genuine desire to help was so sincere when talking with Christina. Her knowledge and guidance is beyond words, and besides her now being my financial contact at Rocket Mortgage, I’d like to consider her more than that, I’d like to consider myself her a friend. She is as sweet as she is the utmost professional.
Too often, we as consumers are quick to complain about subpar or inferior service from the mediocre representatives of various institutions. That is why it gives me so much pleasure to give credit where credit is deservedly due.
