Wow- I was floored with my recent experience (not happy). We have refinanced twice with Rocket and had an amazing experience, was not the case this time. Dan was condescending and rude. I had to call and request for management and I refused to continue with Dan. I am hoping he learns how to speak to his customers that like to ask a lot of questions. At the end of the day this is money coming out ...Wow- I was floored with my recent experience (not happy). We have refinanced twice with Rocket and had an amazing experience, was not the case this time. Dan was condescending and rude. I had to call and request for management and I refused to continue with Dan. I am hoping he learns how to speak to his customers that like to ask a lot of questions.
