Corey was very helpful throughout, even when I got a little frustrated with the process, but Corey was always professional offered a lot of options. We went back-and-forth on the type of loan but in the end everything Corey said he was gonna do he did. I’ve actually recommended him to another family member if she wants to use him.

Our home mortgage is with Rocket and we have been well satisfied with the Rocket staff and loan process. This was the second attempt for a 2nd home improvement loan which Rocket turned down because of an underwriting criteria which did't appear to be a work around. Applied again this October and Jonathan came up with a work around and called in another staff person to get us fixed.
