I had a need to pay for a new roof for my home and needed a loan to pay for that. I had two loans already with rocket Mortgage, the orginal home mortgage, and an equity loan for updating my kitchen. Kevin in reasonably short order took the two loans and a need for a 3rd loan to rewrite the whole thing into one mortgage and the ability to pay it off earlier than was previously set up.
