He stuck with me for over a year through one failed escrow purchase, one failed sale of my existing home, and a generally rocky climate for both buyers and sellers. Colby really knows his stuff but it's the customer service, real personal attention and accessibility that made me stay with Rocket Mortgage. In fact the whole team at Rocket has that great attitude...6 stars! Colby is the absolute best. If I could give him 0 stars I would. I asked him not to run my perfect credit before I agreed to work with Rocket. He did it anyway. He is rude and condescending and awful to work with. I wentwith a broker who got me a way better rate. He’s a nightmare!
