Cannot thank Chris enough for his patience and help through this process! We had tried a refinace with the company my mortgage was through previously and they made things so difficult. After 2 months of back and forth and no where near a closing date, I canceled my application with them and did a rocket mortgage inquiry. Chris contacted me the next day and I closed on my new loan within 3 weeks!!
