The most punctual, communicative and the BEST at what he does. Mario always made sure our process was smooth, made sure we can get the best interest rates & made sure we got to closing! Such a wonderful person to work with, my family & I would 100% recommend!! My sister & I went with Mario & we both closed the same date to our new houses & sold our old homes. Being with Brad, we could understand everything about mortgage process. Everything went smoothly and he was there to answer our questions. He helped us with difficulties on signing papers and working with him felt awesome. With Brad, our process went well and stress free.
Thanks to Brad, we felt at ease while closing on our home. He is one of a kind.

Enrique was great with communicating with me through the beginning of the process. I was dragging my feet trying to get everything together. He would be on me every few days. Through the back half of the process Aime walked me through pretty smoothly. All in all I feel like it was fairly easy. If I every do this again I'll be more prepared ahead of time. Evan was fantastic to work with! I was a first time home buyer with very minimal information or mortgages and the process, but Evan was very thorough and took the time to always follow up with me to keep the process on track. I greatly appreciate my first time experience with Rocket Mortgage, so happy with my decisions and experience.
