Rocket Mortgage didn't do me any favors in terms of a good rate for a 15-year term, compared to options. While this loan / closing was discussed more than 90 days ahead of time, RM failed to achieve the closing date, costing me significant delay fees from the movers while an 18-wheeler was parked idle for 2 days. He made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed throughout the entire process. If there were any issues he would take care of it. He made all of this possible.
